Q: Are you manufacturer or trading company?

A: We are car care products manufacturer with 10 years experience, and specialize in producing lubricants, refrigerant gases, car clean and polish sprays, and other maintenance products!

              

Q: Where is your factory?

A: Our factory is located in Longteng Industrial Part, Longgui Town, Baiyun District of Guangzhou, China. Half hour from Baiyun Airport. If you want to visit us, there are following ways:

1. We will go to pick you up in the airport or your hotel in Guangzhou.

2. You can come by taxi.

3. Come by metro. Please take line 3 to Longgui Station, then exit from gate B2, then we go to B2 to pick you up.

 

Q: Can you make my own brand and design? Is there any extra charge?

A: Yes, OEM and ODM is available. We can make customers' own brands and design without any extra charge. You can send us the designs you have created in CDR or AI or PDF format. Or tell us your idea, then our designer will figure it out.

 

Q: What's the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

A: Our own GL brand and package has no MOQ;

    Private brand and design is 5000pcs for each item.

    

Q: Is it possible to get free samples? How can we get it?

A: Yes, samples are free within 5pcs. Samples will be sent by courier through special agents in unregular way. Because they are dangerous goods, and there is no any courier can accept them normally. But new customers need to pay for the courier cost. We will surely deduct the cost from the amount when customers place orders. It's better to send us the cost by Western Union. It's safe, fast, and has small extra handling charge. After receiving the cost, samples will be sent out immediately by TNT, DHL or EMS. It will take about 5-7 days to reach you.

 

Q: How many days for production?

A: It will take about 25-30 days for one 20ft container.

 

Q: What's your payment term?

A: Payment term is as below:

1. T/T, 30% deposit, balance before shipment or against B/L copy.

2. T/T, 30% deposit, 70% by L/C at sight.

Characteristics:

01.Compressor. The unit is equipped with semi-hermetic screw compressor, compared with the piston compressor, semi-hermetic screw compressor has two advantages

• Less parts(About 1/3 of the piston compressor), simple structure, less wearing parts, high reliability and long life.
• Compressor suction and exhaust uniform, exhaust temperature is low, vibration is small, not sensitive to wet compression, anti-liquid strike ability.
02.Tube-fin air-cooled condenser. The tube-fin air-cooled condenser adopts the inverted "V" type layout, on the one hand, it
improves the space utilization ratio, increases the heat exchange area, on the other hand, it improves the airflow and heat transfer efficiency, so that improve the unit's cooling and heating capacity.
03.Throttling equipment.For expansion valve, we select the most advanced products, with a compact overall design, rugged stainless steel diaphragm, and in a wide range of operating conditions to provide stable and accurate control.

04.Shell and tube evaporator. Using shell and tube structure, the outside is proceeded with fire-retardant,waterproof
insulation materials, water side of the working pressure is 1.0MPa. Evaporator with PVC plastic water board,
corrosion resistance. Chilled water along the diaphragm up and down circuitous flow, in order to increase the spoiler effect to improve the evaporator heat transfer capacity. 05.Electronic control.
